Description
A local, higher education institution requested a training presentation with a job aid to instruct new advisors on how to handle academic probation students, per the existing process.
We conducted a training needs analysis and determined there was a need for a streamlined training program within the Student Advocacy department. Upon this, this proposal was created along with the job aid below.
